At Shop Jackson, many of our products are made to order, meaning items are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Please review the policy below carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins.

Once an item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled, as the item is custom-made specifically for the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Items must include original packaging

Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be denied a refund or exchange
Made-to-Order Items (Important)
Because most Shop Jackson items are made to order:

All sales are final once production begins

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or color selection

Shipping delays due to production timelines, holidays, weather, or carriers

Return Exceptions

All clearance items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Items returned without original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange

Lost Packages

Refunds for lost packages will not be issued until the carrier claim is resolved or the package is recovered
International Refunds

All international refunds are issued in U.S. dollars (USD)

Exchange rates may cause the refunded amount to differ in local currency
Exchanges

Eligible items in new condition and original packaging may be exchanged for an item of equal value

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are responsible for shipping costs both ways
Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed after receipt
Incorrect or Damaged Items
